1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for return. Custom orders or bulk-discounted items are non-returnable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the hygienic and disposable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened aluminum food containers, foil papers, butter paper, cups, or plates.
- Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling, storage issues, or improper use.
- Products marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
3. Return Process

- Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product delivered was damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
